• Individual registration forms and $100 per participant (students and chaperones) early bird payment due. (After December 19, price increases to $125 per person)

• Hotel reservation form, rooming list, and payment due to Caribe Royale Orlando. Room cost is $184/night (including resort fees) plus tax for 2026.

• In person teams: For each competitor please submit the Pledge d’honneur (needs notarization) and Release and Waiver of Liability (needs notarization). Email to ccff.president@gmail.com. 

• Online teams: Release and Waiver of Liability due. Email to ccff.president@gmail.com.

• Sergeant-At-Arms Form for in-person teams due to ccff.president@gmail.com

• Check Speechwire to ensure you entered each student's name properly and labeled your francophone students with an "F" after their name for each event. Click here for "F" guidelines.
