For over 70 years, Le Congrès de la Culture Française en Floride has inspired thousands of Florida middle and high school students to celebrate the French language and culture through art, performance, poetry, and academic competition. It remains the only statewide French competition in Florida, bringing together nearly 500 students, teachers, and chaperones each spring.

This year, rising hotel and venue costs have forced us to increase registration fees and for some students, that increase makes participation impossible. These are bright, hardworking students who have dedicated months to preparing for this event, only to face financial barriers that could prevent them from attending.

Your donation can change that. Every contribution provides direct financial aid to students who cannot afford to attend, ensuring that Le Congrès remains accessible to all, not just those with the means to pay. Even a modest gift can help cover a student’s registration, lodging, or travel expenses, allowing them to share in this enriching cultural and educational experience.

Without this support, some schools may be forced to leave students behind. With your help, we can make sure that every student who earns the opportunity to participate is able to join us at Congrès 2026.
